Hello there! Welcome to Rosie’s Salad Days.

This blog is not all about salad!

This is the blog of a current Leiths School of Food & Wine student. My spirit animal is Nigella circa 1999. I am age 20, enjoy food, have never been to a Michelin star restaurant and really enjoy gin. I hope my blog reflects that.

I suppose you can expect all sorts from this blog, usually easy things with technical explanations, tested recipes… Stuff that works. Let me know if there’s anything you want to see or want to learn how to do – it’s really exciting getting comments (that aren’t just from my mum).
